ajaxplorerでフォルダ(ディレクトリ)作成時のパーミッションを0777にする

plugins/access.fs/class.fsAccessDriver.php

にフォルダ(ディレクトリ)を作成する関数

function mkDir($crtDir, $newDirName)

がありますのでこれを編集します。

以下の「ここから」 「ここまで」の間が追記した部分です。
