mp3を再生させずにダウンロードだけさせる
mp3をサーバにアップして、直リンさせるとブラウザ上で再生されることがあるため、
PHPでダウンロードだけさせたいと思い、
ネットでよさげなスクリプトを見つけたのでメモ。
